www.ioli-lingerie.com makes every effort to ensure that a defective product does not reach the consumer. In any case, regardless of whether the product is defective or simply does not meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it.
Returns are accepted only within fourteen (14) calendar days (postmark or postage date) from the date of receipt and provided that the following conditions are met:
- All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received them, without being washed, without signs of wear, dirt and be suitable for sale.
- All products must bear all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer that they had at the time of purchase as well as the packaging that came with them.
- The protective sticker has not been removed from the bottom of the swimsuit. For reasons of hygiene it is necessary to test the bottom of the swimsuit with underwear.
- The defective product is changed only with a new item of the same code.
- Items that have been sold as offers / discounts are replaced only with corresponding products and not with items belonging to non-discount collections, eg current or ongoing season.
For reasons of hygiene, returns of briefs or boxers are not accepted.
To make a product change you must place a new order with the new product you wish to purchase and in the details field (fill in the comments) state that it is a change of order with the number -AAA- that will correspond in your original order.

The purchase price is valid for the change of products.
Return to the IOLI store
You can also change the product you bought through itwww.ioli-lingerie.com at the store IOLI Kapsali 1, Kolonaki, Athens, tel. 210 3601873 having with you the receipt of sale.
If the return is due to a wrong shipment from us or a defect in the product, we will be happy to cover the relevant shipping costs, if the return is made through the courier cooperating with us and concerns an order within Greece. In any other case the return is at your own expense.
We inform you that the company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient at his own expense.
